 As a curriculum developer/ Academic Designer, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise in crafting dynamic and effective educational materials. My journey in education has been marked by outstanding achievements and recognition for my exemplary work in education, including being consistently rated as "highly effective" in the various domains of the Danielson Framework for Teaching, thus reflecting my commitment to providing a well-rounded and impactful learning experience for students.

My approach to curriculum development is rooted in a deep understanding of pedagogy and a passion for creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences that are equitable and accessible for all students. My extensive background as a middle school special education teacher and as a leader of special education departments for schools with large and diverse student populations has equipped me with invaluable expertise in aligning curriculum with grade level standards, while ensuring that it is both rigorous and attainable to all learners. 

I have been acknowledged as a finalist for the Big Apple Teacher of the Year award in 2022, a testament to my dedication and excellence in the field of education. This recognition specifically highlights my prowess in pedagogy, including the innovative and dynamic curricula that I have consistently implemented throughout my career.
